At Pat McGrath Labs, we want you to be obsessed with your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and lightly used or unused to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
